People under 18 must come to their appointment with a legal guardian.
Everlasting Sparkle employees have the right to refuse services at any point. Refunds are not guaranteed. Circumstances may include but are not limited to; failure to act appropriately, arriving at appointment under the influence of substances, inappropriate attire or language, creating an unsafe environment for the service to be performed.
At the conclusion of your appointment and once your jewelry is secured, we will have you sign off stating that your jewelry has gone through a welding inspection, that the weld is secure, the chain is not broken, and the sizing is correct.
Everlasting Sparkle is not responsible for lost, broken, stolen or misplaced jewelry. If there is not a physical chain to re-weld or repair, there will be no exchanges or replacements.
Permanent jewelry located on the ankle(anklet) and around the neck(necklace) are more likely to get snagged, stretch, or break. Permanent jewelry worn in these locations are worn at the client’s own risk and expense. If jewelry in these locations are snagged, stretched or broken, the jewelry can be re-welded for a fee ($15), but we are not able to guarantee the jewelry once it is broken.
If jewelry breaks, we are unable to lengthen the jewelry. If the broken jewelry is not able to be used, a new piece will need to be purchased. In general, chains can be shortened, they cannot be lengthened.
